For young adults and adults a course designed to build your confidence in basic cooking skills. Participants prepare a meal following a recipe, weighing and measuring, mixing and cooking to share together sample. Demonstrating how to make quick balanced meals, basic sauces, make the most of the ingredients, follow instructions, reducing salt, sugars and unnecessary fats from family favourite meals.
